Shipment Update

We have great news!
Hello Backers,
We’ve been working with our manufacturer night and day, and as a result, the first batch of FlexPacks shipped one month earlier than the estimated delivery.
Tracking numbers should be provided within the next week. Please note: if you don’t receive a tracking number, please visit this website: https://flexpack.backerkit.com/ and enter your email address.
But if you didn’t complete the survey on BackerKit on time, your FlexPack has not been shipped. We initially set a deadline of September 4 for these surveys. We can’t wait to get your backpacks to you, but we can't send them without your address! This is why the survey is important. You might have also given your address when you pledged, but you STILL need to do the survey so that we can confirm your address and then process your reward package.
Please check your email for the survey and fill in your shipping information as soon as possible.
These days we are working tirelessly to take care of loose ends. We may not answer your questions very quickly. If you have an urgent concern, please contact us directly.
